Pirates VS Ninjas VS Zombies VS Robots
Now here is the situation a battle between Robots, Ninjas, Pirates and Zombies. Now I give my answer straight up and then justify it enjoy.
The Winner would be a tie Between Ninjas and Pirates. Ninjas will rule the land while Pirates will rule the seas.
Now here is my base assumptions:
Zombies are known to either die in water or to stay away from it.
Robot Circuits with fry in water
Ninjas live in remote temples and rely heavily on stealth so most likely won’t go for direct confrontation.
Pirates live on Ships
Zombies have huge numbers but will eventually dwindle down
Robots cannot build more robots but can salvage broken robots. This makes them repairable but not let’s keep building until we win powerful. Salvaged parts eventually wear down and cannot be reused.
Now onto the actual scenario:
Mad scientist Jonathan Coulton unleashes a secret robot army from his secret lab on skullcrusher mountain. Within 12 hours 90% of the population has been killed by the robots who are now patrolling in search of survivors.
Deep in the Mountain region of Japan the Dragon Ninja Temple scouts return with news of the robot uprising. The ninjas initiate their emergency protocol, sealing off the single mountain pass leading to their temple in an effort to protect themselves from the robots. Raiding parties are sent out in the world to destroy robots. Their stealth and cunning proves better than the programming of robots, for every ninja killed ten robots are felled.
At the same time off the coast of Mexico the Black Freighter notices an ongoing battle in the port town they were preparing to pillage. Looking through his telescope the captain of the ship notices the dead rising up and the robots instantly attacking them. The zombies initially ignore the robot threat but as the robots continue to harass them they respond with violence of their own. The Zombies get decimated by the robots but greatly outnumber them eventually only a handful of zombies remain in the town while the robots lay in scraps. The Black Freighter turns back to the open see avoiding the confrontation.
Years go by, the Pirates survive by pillaging towns and their numbers slightly increase when they find pockets of survivors who join their ranks. The Ninjas on the other hand flourish in their remote temple, Their numbers too grow by finding pockets of survivors and they find themselves opening up new temples as their numbers increase. Zombie numbers steadily decrease over the years through confrontation with Pirates,Robots and Ninjas. The few battles where they managed to swell their numbers are not enough to offset the numerous losses they encounter in all encounters. Robot numbers fluctuate the most. They slowly but surely dwindle but every so often they salvage enough pieces to swell their numbers.
Confrontations between pirates and ninjas are few and far between and rarely if ever leave survivors both sides begin to doubt the existence of each other and thus do not seeks confrontation.

Heres the offical word from the epic boards
Hey all,
So we’ve been looking at all the feedback on our skill ranking system and we completely understand why simply making your TrueSkill level visible can be frustrating. The algorithm is complex, so it’s not always clear how your rank will be affected by a particular match and your rank is based on the team’s outcome and not necessarily your individual performance.
So we’re looking to make a change.
What if, instead of skill rank, we instead showed your experience level. You would gain experience through your individual performance in Public multiplayer matches – the higher your score at the end, the more experience you acquire. Of course the experience gained across the different match types would be balanced so you couldn’t just grind on the respawning game types to try and level faster. The experience requirements for each level would grow with each level gained (like a typical RPG) and we’d have 99 levels of experience for you to show off your leetness.
Generally speaking your level will always go up since you’re always acquiring more score, hence experience, with each completed match. The only exception to that would be people quitting. Players that quit would gain an experience penalty that could cause them to be demoted. At the end of every match you will be able to see how much experience you’ve gained and how much further you have to go till the next level.
Since I know what one of the first questions is going to be, initially we wouldn’t have achievements for gaining experience levels because of Xbox LIVE rules that require all post release achievements to be tied to new DLC content. But when new DLC is released, it’s a whole new ball game then.
So, what do you think?
Thanks,
Rod.

Last Thursday I went and tried to purchase a copy of Civilization Revolution at a local retailer. I paid for the game and drove home. When I got home and opened my sealed copied, there was no game inside! I called the store and spoke to the store manager. I explained the situation and he allowed me to do an exhange for a new copy. I drove back to the store and did the exchange, however this time I had the manager open up the second copy and guess what? No game in that case as well!
