This months NPD numbers are out and Sony couldn’t keep top spot in hardware sales, they did however grab the top spot in software sales.

Forza 3 Drive Your Dreams Event – Toronto
Saturday October 24th I had a chance to attend Drive Your Dreams with Forza Motorsport 3 and Xbox 360! Event located in Toronto on the Canadian National Exhibition grounds. The event consisted of checking a lot of cars, playing some Forza 3, getting your picture taken in A Ferrari F430 and going for a ride on the auto cross track.

Previews of the highly anticipated anime anthology Halo Legends, will be available exclusively on Halo Waypoint starting Nov. 7. Halo Legends is just one of the Halo exclusives that won’t be found anywhere outside of Halo Waypoint.

A $299.99 120 gig PlayStation 3 soared it’s way outsold the Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360 for the first time in a long time. If you recall last month last months NPD post, I predicted the PlayStation 3 would outsell the Xb0x 360.

Software sales for the month of September saw Halo ODST do very well, Wii Resort and Madden 10 do very well. The interesting fact is there isn’t much different between the Madden 10 sales on the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3.
