October 28th marks the release of Bethesda Softworks’ highly anticipated title, Fallout 3. As is so common nowadays, Bethesda has opted to release a special “Collector’s Edition” (unfortunately the even more special “Survival Edition” is not available in Canada). Included in the Collector’s Edition are:
• A collectible metal lunch box tin/case
• Fallout 3 game
• 100 page hardcover artbook
• The Making of Fallout 3 DVD
• 5” Vault Boy Bobblehead

This is the third collectors edition I ever picked up. Why? Because I hate collectors editions, but this one was too awesome to pass up. I’m actually using the lunchbox as a lunchbox now.

This was my second CE actually with my first one being Bioshock. I should mention that I never did recieve a replacement big daddy despite fighting with 2K customer service for several months.
I have the Resistance 2 CE on pre-order which looks quite tasty.

Oh, you know what, I lie like a carpet. I also got suckered into buying Halo 3 Legendary Edition upon release. What a scam!
